Good quality but hard to clean
I like the size of this meat slicer. It's great for home use and works well for cutting both cheese and meat. However, cleaning it is a hassle. I have to disassemble all the parts, including removing four screws, which is too much to do every time I use it.

Absolutely worth it!
I spent about two weeks researching which model to buy. After reading several news articles about how bad deli meats are for health and spending $10.99 to $14.99 a pound on meats that I thought were healthy, I decided that slicing my own would be a better decision for my family. So, I bought 5 pounds of turkey breast, 4 pounds of ham, and 5 pounds of corned beef at Costco for $60. The ham alone cost me $45 at King Soopers. I paid nearly 40% of the cost of the slicer just for this first batch of meat. And I knew exactly what was in the meat. Another big issue for me was the noise. I needed something that didn't sound like a plane landing in my apartment. This thing is very quiet and very smooth, which made the investment even more worthwhile. The items were packaged very well, and it was very easy to assemble and clean up after slicing. It took me 10 minutes to clean it up completely. At this price point, it's uncertain whether a product comes with a whetstone, and this one does, so there's no need for a second blade since you can keep sharpening it. This product looks very well made and I look forward to using it regularly.

Great
Great product. Sliced 20 lbs of bacon in just a few minutes. Works great and is nice and quiet. Highly recommend.
